Feature summary
Add the option to enter the image description and other details while the file is still uploading in UploadWizard. To avoid having meters of screen to scroll through the description part should be collapsible.

Use case(s)
Currently UploadWizard uploads all images before you can enter any information. This can be quite a lot of images and time before you can enter anything. The next step is that you select a license. Only now you have the option to enter the image description, categories and to on. As I upload only own images and always use CC0, there is no need for me for any other step in between uploading and image description.

If you upload only a hand full of images and have a good and fast internet connection, it's not a huge deal as you get to the image description page quite fast.

However, I have a metered connection that is sometimes rather slow which causes all sorts of problems when uploading. When I have a bad (slow) internet connection so it takes rather long to get to the point where I can enter the image description. I usually have to stare at the screen and wait for each upload to finish before I can write the image description. This is even worse if you upload larger files (like a panoramic image).

Benefits
If I could enter the image description right away while the image is uploading, I effectively safe the time I had to stare at the screen before.

Right now uploading files already takes quite some time because of my slow internet connection. After that time I have to spend even more time on writing image descriptions.
