Description

we see many js error recently from secury_field js,

'secureFieldsJS' => "https://cdn.$wgGravyGatewayID.gr4vy.app/secure-fields/latest/secure-fields.js",

In order to avoid this issue, we should store Gravy local JS file locally for now until they have the lock version for us ready

Since this js load more js, figure out the best way to secure it.
