Recent change table is not updated when both of changes T401288 and T401286 are merged together. Both of these changes works separately, including the missing case for aliases to RecentChangeSaveHookHandler was needed to make them work together.
T401286 alone will work because it's still tracking aliases in O aspects. But with T401288 we will track aliases with A aspects. Therefore, either of the patches works, but together there will be a mismatch.
