Remove warning toolbars from Chrome when running Selenium tests

Description

While working with @Peter on T403357: Disable setting in Chrome for more stable testing we have noticed that two toolbars should be disabled.

Toolbars:

  • Chrome for Testing (version) is only for automated testing...
  • Chrome is being controlled by automated test software.
