The donor from Zendesk ticket 1720613 reached out requesting a receipt for a donation made on August 17th for PEN 11.28. They provided their local store receipt, which helped me locate the transaction in dLocal as PAID. However, in the Gravy console, the same transaction shows as failed, which explains why it hasn’t appeared in Civi.
