I noticed that statistics for usage on GRE interfaces are not exported by our MX routers over GNMI at the moment.

We don't make a whole lot of use of these, but it does make things confusing occasionally - for instance last Friday when both ulsfo transports had issues at the same time we flipped to the GRE, but because it's not in the graphs it looked like the traffic disappeared.

I'll try to play around with it and see if its there if I get a chance. I wonder is it perhaps not available via OpenConfig.
