Tone Check: Tone check card is not sticky once clicked on Revise button on mobile

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to this page on mobile: https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmcloud.org/w/index.php?title=Cats&veaction=edit&ecenable=2.
  2. Add a sentence that will trigger tone check.
  3. Click on the Revise button.

Observed Result: The Tone Check card appears at the bottom of the screen only for a moment then disappears. There was only one time where I got that sticky but I am not being able to figure out in what scenario.

It being "sticky" at all while revising is the bug -- in mobile it's supposed to hide immediately, so that your phone keyboard can be used while editing.

Could you double-check this one? We've made a lot of changes to this area recently, and I suspect we might have fixed this.
