Touch target to close tabs in iOS app is too small

Description

Context:
We received feedback from users and staff related to the topic of closing tabs in iOS. The main complain is that the touch target is too small and they can't close the tabs when tapping the "x" button.

I investigated this issue with @Mazevedo and the current touch target follows the HIG and WCAG AAA conventions (44x44) but maybe we can increase it a bit more to try to mitigate this issue? I would recommend 48x48. See screenshot below.

@JTannerWMF I feel this should be solved before we launch the test - in this way we are sure that the tabs opened by a person are intentional and not a result of them not being able to close those tabs. Will leave this here for triage :).

Tested on iPhone 16 on iOS 26 and iPad Pro 12.9 on iOS 26. Tested tapping on tabs.
