Investigate / audit Maxmind minfraud rate of usage

Description

We seem to be using more MaxMind minfraud queries than historically (year over year). Check to see if we're using it with anything we don't mean to be. Are we using it for Paypal transactions through gravy (we don't use it for direct paypal, afaiui)?
