Update migration script to map projects to tags

Description

Background

Following T400414, the "Projects" field is no more. It is replaced by tags.

We need to adjust the migration script to map the projects field of wishes in the old system to their corresponding navigation tags. If there is no corresponding tag, we leave the tags field blank.

Tags that represent projects

  • wikidata
  • wikisource
  • wiktionary

The keys for both the tags and the old projects are the same. For any other project encountered, leave the "tags" field empty.

Acceptance criteria
  • Replace the projects field with tags
  • Remove any values that are not wikidata, wikisource or wiktionary
