These three projects are part of an ended development project (See: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Structured_data/Development). To prevent confusing task filers about which project to use, these projects should be archived and all open tasks be retagged with WikibaseMediaInfo.

I would agree with replacing SDC General and SDC-Statements with StructuredDataOnCommons. I don't agree with replacing StructuredDataOnCommons with WikibaseMediaInfo.
Not all tickets about structured data on Commons are for the WikibaseMediaInfo extension, e.g. T170236, T238468, T244182,
T304365, T334352, T376979, to list a few.
There appears to be 239 tickets using StructuredDataOnCommons, SDC General or SDC-Statements (but not WikibaseMediaInfo), and only 58 using WikibaseMediaInfo (but none of the SDC tags). This is not surprising because users know the feature as "Structured Data on Commons". I was not even aware that the WikibaseMediaInfo tag existed, which also doesn't surprise me, because it does not show up when searching for "SDC", "structured data" or "structureddata".
If we don't want both tags, then I think it makes more sense to put tickets for the WikibaseMediaInfo extension under the StructuredDataOnCommons tag, in the same way that we put Wikibase tickets under the Wikidata tag.
