Description

Support web proxies with the backend endpoint using v6 instead of v4.

horizon does not let you edit those proxies
horizon should create proxies with v6, not v4, for compatible instances
openstack-browser shows the backend as unknown
update tofu-cloudvps examples to recommend v6
