APISite.protection_types and APISite.protection_levels have ..seealso:: references to Siteinfo._get_default() within the docstring but this method was removed in rPWBC4d3d64ab. This reference was introduced with SiteInfo implementation in rPWBCf7a399e5.
Cleanup docstring and remove reference to SiteInfo._get_default in those methods
