+1 for considering archiving the Data Import project; I was going to create this task myself but never got around to filing it.
In T395902, it was confused with the tag for MediaWiki's import/export functionality (MediaWiki-Core-Snapshots); so if kept, the project could potentially be renamed to reduce potential ambiguity.
