Description

Follow the new definition of done.
- Add Metrics for the Event listener not just for wikidata but metrics for all projects.

Create grafana dashboards.
verify prometheus is collecting metrics
Any alerts for PD and monitoring are setup.

Consult the team for what we want to alert on.
