Enable post-payment monthly convert for Apple/Google/ACH on Gr4vy

Description

For Credit Card / Apple / Google / ACH on Adyen we had post-payment monthly (or annual) convert available: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fundraising/Data_and_flow/Monthly_convert

Credit Card is working on Gr4vy e.g. https://payments.wikimedia.org/index.php?title=Special:GravyGateway&payment_method=cc&recurring=0&opt_in=1&country=US&currency=USD&amount=40&uselang=en&debugMonthlyConvert=true&variant=monthlyConvert

However the other methods on Gr4vy currently do not work e.g. https://payments.wikimedia.org/index.php?title=Special:GravyGateway&payment_method=apple&recurring=0&opt_in=1&country=US&currency=USD&amount=40&uselang=en&debugMonthlyConvert=true&variant=monthlyConvert

Can we get those added, and the documentation updated please? Thanks!

Oh hey, that code change turned out to be trivial on our side. We've deployed it. I'd just like to see a test ACH recurring convert work in prod as that's the only one I'm not totally sure of.

Amazing! Thanks so much. We're running a pre-test that actually has post-payment disabled at the moment, but I can probably get a test donation or two lined up for you next week or sometime soon afterward!
