Description

Splitting the problem of C&P reuses on sub-refs. When C&Ping a sub-ref it's currently shown as a "real" reuse.

This ticket is about fixing the footnote/reflist number when two sub-refs share the same listKey. Currently they share the same number.

When there are two sub-ref nodes sharing the same listKey they should get different numbers depending on their occurrence in the document
