Description

Most of the core mediawiki support for toki pona is upstream, except for MessagesTok.php, which is still maintained at https://github.com/tbodt/mediawiki-tokipona/, because my assessment is that the translations are still in flux. We'll need to finalize the translations, and also date format, then send it upstream.

It would be best to mark it as a parent, but I want to hold off doing that since I think doing it at this stage will confuse @Maintenance_bot; feel free to add it back once that bot does its things to the basic wiki creation task.

Main thing I see here is that the linked GitHub repo doesn't have an explicit license. So assuming that the Git contributor history is accurate and not missing anyone, @Tbodt and @Tamzin, please confirm you're fine with those being distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later here or in Gerrit when you upload the patch there.
