Steps to reproduce
- Make sure you are logged out of Wikidata (you can use a private/incognito window, or you can use a Firefox container if you use Firefox).
- Go to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:SetSiteLink/Q42/be_x_oldwiki.
- Look at the paragraph directly above the form.
Actual result
It has no special styling.
Expected result
It stands out, as intended (see the warning class in HTML).
