Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Activate user info in global preferences.
Open your watchlist or the recent changes in mobile view.

What happens?:
The user name is separated from the user avatar icon and the discussion/contributions/thank links, moving up to the page name. This is a screenshot of the recent changes of dewiki in mobile view:

What should have happened instead?:
The user name should not move next to the page name. It works fine if the user info feature is not active.

I also notice that the location of the IPInfo icon seems off as well, which might be due to the same underlying issue.
