The prospective contents of tok.wikipedia.org, rather than being hosted on Incubator, are on the third-party site https://wikipesija.org. Someone will need to provide an XML export of the wiki, modified to handle username resolution, for sysadmins to import. This should ideally be done in close succession, to limit the gap of time in which new edits to wikipesija.org would be omitted from the export.
