- Go to Special:WishlistIntake (or any form with Tag selection).
- Focus on the Tags dropdown using the keyboard (e.g., Tab).
- Open the dropdown (e.g., with Enter or Space).
- Try to navigate through the full list of available tag options using only the keyboard (e.g., arrow keys, PageDown, etc.).
What happens?:
The keyboard focus does not allow scrolling through all available tag options.
Users cannot reach tags beyond the visible portion of the dropdown without switching to the mouse.
What should have happened instead?:
Users should be able to navigate and scroll through all tag options using only the keyboard.
The dropdown should support full keyboard accessibility, including arrow keys, PageUp/PageDown, Home/End navigation.
