The Search Platform team has been responsible for shepherding the deployment and operation of the Wikidata Query Service (WDQS).
This epic serves as a tracker for the set of tasks required to transition ownership of WDQS to the newly established Wikidata Platform team.

- Wikidata Service Board & processes should be transferred to the Wikidata Platform team.
- Request a wikidata-platform alertmanager group.
- Request a wikidata-platform gerrit group (+2).
- Request a wikidata-platform Gitlab namespace.

- T404073: Airflow instance for wikidata platform
- T414426: Migrate airflow dags from the Search Platform instance to Wikidata Platform
- T414430: Migrate rdf streaming updater deployment pipeline
- We should consider decoupling the flink job from wdqs/blazegraph.
- wdqs streaming updater artifacts should be published to Gitlab
- Document a decision on separate WDQC and WCQS deployments
