"What links here" for Data namespace

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:
It shows one link to a user page but it does not show https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mudumalai_National_Park where the data is used

What should have happened instead?:
It should list all usages of the Data on all wikiprojects / templates

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

IIRC, WhatLinksHere does not care about interwiki usage; instead, Special:GlobalUsage exists to provide said functionality, but for files only. This is not a bug, but a feature that we can discuss.
