Description

As seen in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/OATHAuth/+/1184594 for T401774: Redesign UI for listing 2FA methods and adding new methods, some of the UI building is getting quite complex, and it probably would be worth moving this to a HTML templates as a follow up, maybe as part of the remainder of the work
