At our team page today developers/teams can contact us using Slack or Phabricator. Is that enough? Let's discuss and decide if that who'll be updated. In T384421 we slightly talk about the same thing,

  • Discuss in the team how we want people to contact us.
  • If necessary, update the team page

Slack is quite closed and only for WMF. Do you think it would be valuable to add an alternative?

Is that too much? 😅

As you said, Slack is internal only. Phabricator is open to anybody. Do we even take input outside the company?
