This task is now ready to review 👍🏼: I have previous experience with the T375653 twin request. So I think this new task, qqq.json are quite complete, but let me know.

Translations imports: I just recycled and imported ~67 translations based on human-reviewed translations contributed this past decade, currently live on Lingualibre.org home page. Imported using the mediawiki action API, I renamed the json key to match semantic keys more common on translatewiki, then split into as many i18n/{iso}.json as needed.
