OpenAPI Spec repo (which powers site docs) was bumped to 3.0.4 and added parsed tables feature. But the yaml file we reference, from .com/docs/, at https://api.enterprise.wikimedia.com/spec/spec.yaml isn't updated; doesn't seem to have the most up to date changes like tables and version is stuck at old 3.0.3.

1. need to get that file updated to latest
2. ideally that process is automated when main branch in repo is updated
