Conflict with translate plugin in mw-content-subtitle

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Activate the ApprovedRevs plugin.

What happens?:

If Approved revs is activated, the "Translete this page" section in mw-content-subtitle and the section showing the translation rate do not appear.

What should have happened instead?:
Both should appear.

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
MediaWiki 1.43.3
Approved Revs 2.2.2 (dcae549) 19:23, 20 June 2025

I added them. I couldn't figure out how to add the relevant template.
