Description

What is the problem?

Going to Special:Log and selecting Change visibility of selected log entries, the Special:RevisionDelete is more-or-less blank with just a message that says See the deletion log for recently deleted pages.

It appears to start happening after commit 20ab41ff7db65ca5261957aae7ea356d3311b80b.

Steps to reproduce problem

Login to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmcloud.org as an administrator
Go to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Special:Log
Check one or more of the checkboxes next to log entries
Click Change visibility of selected log entries

Expected behaviour: You see a form which allows you to change the visibility settings of the logs you selected.
Observed behaviour: You just see message above.

I would (boldly) call this a train blocker for next week, given that it interferes with the ability to delete/suppress material (similar to T392832#10773376). [I'm not sure whether train blockers for the following week should be set to UBN! or not, please set to that priority if that is the case!]
