Summary

CheckUser-SuggestedInvestigations contains a "More about risk signals" link in the special page description. This should be removed as we are not creating a page for this at the moment

Background

The checkuser-suggestedinvestigations-summary message has a link to a non-existing page that should describe risk signals
- We are not planning to add this page in time for an initial deployment to production wikis, so should drop it to reduce confusion

Acceptance criteria

checkuser-suggestedinvestigations-summary no longer contains a "More about risk signals" link
