Administrators may end up with a large number of user/talk pages on their watchlist for blocked users. This seems like a filter we could add to the Unwatchlist tool.

We may want to allow users to limit this to 'Users who have been blocked for more than X days', given that they presumably wouldn't want to remove user/talk pages of users who have just recently been blocked and may still post messages to their talk page. In fact this seems so likely it might make sense to just have the feature inherently limit this to more than, say, 90 days.
