After T393309, I don't think there's a need for a separate button to download the QR code. The menu is already overloaded. By renaming the button and combining the ways to "share" an article, we'll arrive at a standard method for using such menus.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
We'll clear out the right menu and be able to "share the article."
