Description

As a WME Engineer i want to add wikidata-updater as a new service to our deployment.

TODO

create new ECR repo for service
Create new Helm Chart, following WME practices
Kafka Credentials
Schema Registry Credentials.

Acceptance Criteria

Helm chart created
ECR repo created and ready to be used
Helm chart enabled in argocd dev
