Steps to replicate the issue:

• Make sure your user-preference for Editing mode is set to either Always give me the visual editor if possible, or to Remember my last editor (and make sure the last-used was visual editor)
• Check the Tooltip for the "Edit" tab.

What happens?:

• The tooltip says Edit the source code of this page even though the tab will open the visual editor.

What should have happened instead?:

• Only the tab that links the wikitext editor should show that tooltip that mentions "the source code of"
