As of this moment the total edits which is Live edits + Deleted edits is showing as 87,657 but the Global edit counts is showing as 79,499. These seems to be some error or I missing something..!!

I think this is not a bug since "edit count" is not exactly accurate count of live+deleted edits. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:User_table#user_editcount

Indeed, the "system" edit count (as I like to call it) from CentralAuth and other places is approximate. XTools will be more exact as it runs a live query on the database. More info at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/XTools/Edit_Counter#Edit_counts
