I've asked Sam here - I hope Annual Reviews have responded to this issue.

We're looking into this. I wanted to note, though, that as far as I know most (all?) of Annual Reviews should now be open access.

No, by far not all of Annual Reviews is open access.

It seems to work, yes! Thank you a lot!

But on the landing site (https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/users/my_library/), it's still marked as "Temporarily unavailable", but if you click on "Annual Reviews", I get to the nice, blue "Access Collection" button.
