I have rebased the security patch (T398636), the train-presync job failed overnight due to an erroneous throttling that was put in place on Gerrit (T406005) and it has been removed. I have started the train again on the deployment server (sudo systemctl start train pre-sync).

I have removed two of the blockers:

T398636	I have rebased the security patch
T406005	The Gerrit throttling has been disabled
T406094	The change to LoginNotify got reverted a couple hours ago

I would usually resume the train during my early afternoon (eg now), but this week SRE is upgrading the Kubernetes on the WikiKube cluster (T405703). It is a long operation, once it has been completed and SRE gives us the green light, we will resume the train.

The WikiKube cluster was successfully upgraded yesterday, I am thus removing it is task T405703 from the list of subtasks, that confused some people earlier today.
