Similar to the import mapping results we would like to be able to click directly on the CID/Name/Contribution ID of the record and open up that page to review the contribution.
I also noticed the results show some sort of ID number instead of the names of the main contact, soft credit contact, payment method, financial type, soft credit type.

And another PR to show the contribution status label, the financial type label and the payment method name - but not the soft credit type name, which will be more difficult.
I've split off the remaining, more difficult and lower priority, work on this Phab to T406381: Link to contacts and other entities & show soft credit type in SearchKitBatch SearchDisplay.
But with the link to the contribution itself working and all but the soft credit type and contact id showing in human-readable format, I think we're in a lot better shape than before in terms of being able to verify batch entry or import details.
@MDemosWMF This is now working, the contribution id is a link to the contribution and the option values (like contribution status) are showing in human-readable format.
