After T399195: Update logging and monitoring for multiple session storage backends, it would be nice to have a centralized dashboard for monitoring and visualizing session store sessions for MediaWiki and also central auth-related sessions.

The central auth sessions already exist on the authentication metrics dashboard. Still, it would be beneficial to move them to the newly created dashboard, keeping session-related items in a single location. Moreover, the authentication metrics dashboard focuses more on authentication flows rather than low-level details, such as session writes and reads.

This task involves creating a dashboard to track metrics related to the WE5.1.1 sessions and integrating the CentralAuth session-related panels into it.
