Hypothesis:
If we finalize the decision for creating a new wiki and decide on a name with the community, we will be able to more broadly socialize the creation of this new wiki with our stakeholders and prepare for the logistics of a potential product name change.

Acceptance Criteria

• Finish new wiki decision brief socialization and sign-offs
• Run the Abstract Wikipedia naming process and comms
• Define and scope the MVP experience

• New wiki decision brief signed off
• We have a community-endorsed name (announcement may happen after end of quarter due to timing of legal review)
• We are ready to start building the MVP in Q3 based on the delivered scope
