Description

While with the recently merged feat(ReviseTone): Show Tone Check, the Revise Tone card is showing as expected when coming from the Homepage on desktop, it is still minimized on mobile.

How it currently looks after closing the onboarding (red highlight mine):

How it is supposed to look (screenshot from figma):

We should show it expanded right away on mobile.

Thanks to @DLynch for pointing out that with the work for T406164, we can now use GrowthSuggestionToneCheck.static.takesFocus = true; to achieve this task!
