Both Phabricator accounts are now disabled. Note I'm also happy to add you to acl*userdisable if you're interested, to be able to self-serve account disabling.
FWIW, Anette's SUL account (Anette Faksnes (WMNO)) was previously locked in 2019, and then unlocked in 2020. Not sure if that is intended or not.

@Urbanecm: Thanks! No need to add me to that group, we are probably gonna switch from Phabricator to another system for our internal use. As for Anette's SUL account, that was intended; she was an intern for us at first, then that internship ended and the account locked, but she came back a bit later to do some temporary work for us, which is when the account was unlocked again.
