(In theory there was a workflow to add new staff to the WMF-NDA Phabricator project when new staff was added to the wmf ldap group, per a previous version of https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/Clinic_Duty/Access_requests#WMF_Group. In practice that workflow does not exist anymore as we have IDM now.)
