Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Navigate to beta with the image browsing feature enabled using minerva https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Berlin?imageBrowsing=true&useskin=minerva
- Click on an image in the Carousel to open the overlay and display the DetailView of the selected image
- Select the download button. This opens a popover with a menu of file dimension options to select and download.
What happens?:
I'm unable to select a different download option (beyond the first one) on desktop and mobile devices.
What should have happened instead?:
I should be able to click or tap on a different selection from the first download option, and my current selection should update the state in the Codex Select component.

- confirmed was able to select "medium" size, see it update, and download it
