For example https://ldap.toolforge.org/user/tulsi can display a log excerpt of Bitu block log (https://idm.wikimedia.org/wikimedia/log/) so user can know why this user is blocked without going to another page.

Currently the Bitu block log does not support filtering at all; see T380704: Allow filtering Bitu block log. So it will be hard to get such information in long term.
