Motivation

As we gear up for Temporary Accounts launch on English Wikipedia on November 4, we are looking at various volunteer maintained tools that may need to be updated to be compatible with temp accounts changes.

At a minimum we want to:

• Ensure core tool workflows work as expected
• Identify and fix anything that will break by this change
• Ensure temporary accounts are not counted/displayed as registered accounts
