Closed, ResolvedPublicBUG REPORT

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Ensure you have "Enable automatic machine translation in the Community Wishlist" enabled in your preferences (under "User profile" > "Internationalisation"
  • Go to any wish or FA in a language other than your user interface language
  • Enable MinT translation via the switch in the banner

What happens?:

Everything but the title and status is translated.

Title did not translate and the status was always english and no need to translate. Not sure if you want this as a separate task or if there is one already but the MT on Tags and Phabricator Tasks is weird.

Submitted a follow-up patch to fix the title and status translation.

I filed a new task T408880 to fix the tags and phabricator fields. The , are being submitted for translation and that's creating the weird behavior.

@HMonroy @MusikAnimal Ok sounds good regarding the task created for ,. I'll pass this, but even though the status translates when I change the UI language already, and not through MT, even with hu language. Also, the title of kenyérfajták is supposed to translate to "Types of bread"; however, the title went really crazy with the translation, as seen from the video. Not sure if that's worth noting or not.
