This should be visible to DR and others. We need to show both when a contact has double opted in (and for which email) and we need to show when a contact requires double opt-in (based on their country and donor segment) but has not given it.

Maybe a buildForm hook for the emails could work for this to insert an icon or a tiny bit of text.

Would make sense to roll this out at the same time as T407019: Export double opt-in status to Acoustic, so by March.
