The current Year in Review is using colors & illustrations from 2024. We need to update them to match the 2025 branding, and align with the mircosite.

@cooltey the initial announcement seems to have regressed —
the corners of the image aren't rounded, the image is too low on the screen, there is too much padding between header and image, and the disclaimer is not adhering to bottom of screen. is this a result of this ticket? initially i had looked at this screen and we had it implemented correctly.
other than that, this looks good to me.
